Project Manager - Focus on digital health interventions (DHIs) supporting care management in patient pathways

Digital health interventions are increasingly seen as an effective complement to traditional forms of care delivery, facilitating access to care and supporting structured lifestyle interventions. The ideal candidate must have an interest in the influence and impact of using digital health interventions in patient-centred prevention and management of care in communicable and non-communicable diseases. Research will be conducted around the effectiveness of digitally supported structured lifestyle interventions, behaviour change techniques, patient-reported outcome measures, and health coaching in combination with remote/hybrid clinical pathways and the subsequent impact on disease pathways and health outcomes in the field of liver disease and possibly HIV.
